Standard polymer lenses 1.50 and 1.56 are ideal for low diopters, while high-index lenses 1.61 and 1.67 are for diopters of ±4 and above, providing an aesthetic appearance. Photochromic lenses (chameleon) are also available, which automatically darken in sunlight, Blue Blocker 1.56 for protection against blue light from screens, polarized lenses for drivers, as well as astigmatic lenses for precise correction of astigmatism.
