If you often spend time in the sun, photochromic lenses (chameleons) will be the perfect choice as they automatically darken in light. To protect against blue light from screens, choose Blue Blocker 1.56. Polarized lenses are great for drivers and outdoor activities. Astigmatic lenses (sph + cyl + ax) will provide precise correction of astigmatism.
